What a great day!...
Finally, the long anticipated premiere!
We, Keana and Maia, along with our large family and supportive friends were all hyped up for the premiere night of "The Yard"! Everyone in our family got dazzled and dressed up to watch the show - I mean, why not? It was going to be a night to remember. And it completely turned out to be!
Our amazing older sister, Danica, had booked us for a private screening room at the, ahh- we don't even know how to explain it! Let's just call it this uber-modern, 5-star hotel in Yorkville, Toronto called the Hazelton. Apparently that's where big name celebs go to stay after having concerts and stuff here in Toronto. So the place was really, really up there. It was delightful getting that "super-star" treatment right when we walked in. Having the doors being opened for us and recieving amazingly kind service was just awesome! But, the best part yet was seeing and hearing our own performances on the big screen. During the show there were tons of loud laughs and happy cheers whenever Keana's character "Suzi" came along on. And afterwards, we recieved an even larger applaud along with great compliments from everyone there. We had a great time and you could tell so did the whole crowd! It was truly a night to remember!
